The process of ANATEL
- Step 1 To conduct tests in the accredited certification laboratories in Brazil.
- Step 2 To submit test reports to the accredited certification body (OCD) for the ANATEL certificate of conformity.
- Step 3 To submit the manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformity to ANATEL to get a Homologation Certificate.
- Step 4 ANATEL’s seal will be added to all products. And then they can be sold in the Brazilian market.
ANATEL Marking
It is required to mark the identification of ANATEL homologation(ANATEL Seal) in telecommunications products.
- HHHHH refers to the approval of the product by sequential numbering with 5 characters.
- AA refers to the year of issue of the approval with 2 numeric characters.
- FFFFF refers to the manufacturer of the product with 5 numeric characters.
